MMFL has hard working and committed lawyers in our offices in Wadsworth, Canton, Columbus, Cincinnati and Cleveland. We have a general practice with focus areas of employment, foreclosure, bankruptcy, medical malpractice, real estate, domestic relations and general corporate counsel duties. We are able to assist in the start up or the wind down of a business and assist in operational issues, including but not limited to, human resource counseling and training sessions. We have seven lawyers to serve clients of MMFL. I am admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of Ohio; Sixth and Eighth Circuit Courts and the District of Columbia. My Focus Areas: Business Litigation,Transactional matters, Partnership Disputes, Contract Drafting and Litigation, Environmental Matters, Domestic Relations, Employment Claims in EEOC and state and federal courts, and Medical Malpractice.
